Just In The Nick Of Time is an achievement/trophy in the first Bayonetta game that is unlocked by avoiding the runaway tram from Chapter 2.

Guide[]
This achievement is rather simple and can be completed in two ways. You can either dodge (there will be no dodge frames if you happen to do this with Jeanne) or you can double jump over the tram as it moves closer.
Notes[]
The Xbox 360 achievement adds 5 points to the player's Gamerscore.
The PlayStation 3 trophy gives the player a 'Bronze' trophy.
