Much like "I'm A Bit...I Mean Witch" you must perform a Torture Attack. This time you must do 50 in total.
When Bayonetta's magic gauge is full, approach an enemy that can be tortured and hit Triangle + Circle for the PS3 version or Y + B for the Xbox 360 version. After your 50th one the you'll get the achievement/trophy. For easy kills you an do this on lower class enemies like Affinity or on a lower difficulty altogether .

The Xbox 360 achievement adds 20 points to the player's Gamerscore.
The PlayStation 3 trophy gives the player a 'Bronze' trophy.
